Lost Packages and Stuck Shipments
The customer is responsible for filing a lost package claim with the USPS or UPS in the event of a lost / misplaced package. We provide tracking for every order. AO Nutrition is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. AO Nutrition Labs is not responsible for packages once they are in the hand of the carrier.
Returns and Exchanges (DOMESTIC / US)
No returns or exchanges on orders after 14 days. We do not accept opened supplements for returns or exchanges all items must be UNOPENED. Freebies / add-ons / promo items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund minus a restocking fee of 25% on all returned items. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus a restocking fee of 25%, within 7 business days.
